The staffing of management-level positions usually takes place from within the bank.

Direct Job Entry

Banque LBLux offers interesting entry opportunities in the form of direct entry for educated banking professionals, experienced bankers or computer scientists as well as for university graduates from various fields according to the requirements of the positions to be filled.

Trainee Programmes

In the framework of trainee programmes offered by our parent company in Munich university graduates from various fields can gain experience as trainees in Banque LBLux's diverse Eurobanking business. Banque LBLux itself does not offer Trainee Programmes.

Internships / Temporary Assistants

Theoretical knowledge is good - even better to try it out in practice. If you are currently enrolled in a graduate programme, ask us about available internship positions. An internship with us does not consist of merely "being an innocent bystander ". We provide you with the opportunity of integrating your know-how into concrete problem solving and actively demonstrating your commitment to this task according to your capabilities. Therefore, we recommend an internship to last a minimum of six months.
